Delivery costs

Shipping fees and packaging an order to a delivery address in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein amount to a flat rate of CHF 12.90. All products are sent by Swiss Post.

Delivery time

The following applies to all products in stock: All orders (Monday to Friday) are dispatched within 5 working days. Availability is shown in real time for each product.

Delivery abroad

We only deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Damage in transit

Please check the package carefully on receipt and report any damage to us immediately.
