Bite after bite, you can look forward to crispy special effects - and no, that doesn't mean the hemp either. It remains discreetly in the background and lets the roasted nut take the lead.

The dried meat comes from an average 10-year-old cow that had 8 offspring and spent 7 summers on the Grisons Alps.
100% Graubünden
All Alpahirt cows come from suckler cow farms in Graubünden. The animals were only fed with the farm's own feed.
Curing salt and sugar are left out
