Jack Links Biltongis prepared exclusively from first-class beef. The lean pieces of meat are carefully seasoned and marinated with selected ingredients according to a well-kept family recipe. The pieces of beef are then slowly air-dried in the traditional South African way and cut into thin slices.

Jack Link only uses the highest quality beef. The meat is refined according to a special family recipe with carefully selected ingredients. Finally, according to South African tradition, the strips of beef are slowly air-dried and cut into thin strips. Biltong is high in protein and low in sugar. It takes 250g of beef to prepare 100g of Bilton.
